FATHERS DAY MENU – 2018    

Another year has flown by and Fathers Day is swiftly approaching!! We are now taking bookings with the option of a slot time, from:

12.30pm to 3.00pm

and 4pm to 6.30pm

 

Our choice menu this year is consist of a 2-course buffet where you can choose a starter and main or main and dessert for £20.00 for adult and £11.00 for children under 9 years old,

Or

3 course, where you can choose starter, main and dessert for £23.00 for adults and £11.00 for under 9 years old

BUFFET OPTION

Starter

 

  • Traditional ackee and salt fish served with fried plantain & mini fried

 

  • Homemade pumpkin, sweet potato and spring onion soup served with hard o’ bread.

 

 

Main

Our main dishes prepared and cooked to perfection to include:

  • The traditional curried goat
  • Cow foot and butterbeans
  • Jerk chicken
  • Fish of the day (Escovich with onions, mixed peppers and selected herbs and spices)
  • A mouth watering butterbean and pumpkin curry for vegetarian/vegan

 Chef choice on the day will either be:

–         Roasted potatoes

–         or boiled food

  • Rice & Peas
  • Plain steamed rice
  • Fried dumplings
  • Calaloo fritters
  • Selection of steamed vegetables
  • Deep special coleslaw
  • Deep special mixed salad.

Dessert

  • Deep Jamaican rich rum cake served with vanilla ice cream or custard
  • Homemade apple crumble served with custard or vanilla ice cream
  • Rum and raisin or vanilla ice cream
