    CHRISTMAS BUFFET AND SET MEAL PRICES
    Our Christmas  buffet starts from December 7th to 23rd  December 2012 – A  2 course buffet for the  £19.99 and include the following:

    Starter
    Soup of the day – (ask for details) served with Hard O’ Bread or bread rolls.
    Caribbean stir fry chicken served with mini Fried dumplings.

    Desert
    Selection of ice cream
    or
    Warm carrot cake or Caribbean rum cake (served with vanilla ice cream or custard)

    Main Buffet dishes (subject to change)
    Curried mutton
    Brown Stewed Chicken or
    Jerk Chicken
    Caribbean style turkey
    Fish of the day
    Vegetable curry (V)
    Strews Peas and mini dumplings (V)
    Fried Dumplings
    Rice & Peas, Plain Rice
    Seasoned steamed vegetables
    Roast potatoes and sweet potatoes, (including parsnips and other vegetables)
    Coleslaw
    Mixed salad
